Ashley Cairns, MBA
CEO and Founder
Ashley Cairns, MBA is the founder and CEO of Keywell.ai with 16 years of experience in healthcare analytics and AI. She has led data and AI modernization efforts for Texas HHSC, California OSI, and national payer and provider organizations, delivering solutions that integrate claims and EHR data at scale and support governed AI use. Her earlier work at Optum and Advisory Board included building predictive models, developing clinical data products, and leading R&D initiatives for major health systems. Ashley holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Public Policy from Duke University and an MBA in Public Administration from Clark University.
Johnny Crupi, M.Eng
Chief Technology Officer
Johnny Crupi has deep experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale system design. As a former Sun Microsystems Distinguished Engineer, he helped develop core enterprise application frameworks and guided global teams on distributed architectures and secure system patterns. He is the former CTO of Ryght.ai, an AI platform for healthcare and life sciences companies. His advisory work includes cloud modernization, data platform engineering, and the practical integration of AI into operational environments. Johnny holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master’s in Engineering Administration with a minor in Artificial Intelligence from The George Washington University.
Bri Brennan, M.S.
Chief Growth Officer
Brianna (Bri) Brennan is a business executive and innovator who specializes in building what doesn't exist yet and ensuring it wins in the market. Her diverse career, which began with teaching math in the South Bronx and evolved into pioneering AI-driven healthcare solutions, is driven by a mission to make transformative innovations accessible to those who need them. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on the ROI of AI digital scribe technology, she also holds a utility patent for a mobile healthcare monitoring system. She has an M.S. in Mathematics from the City College of New York and a B.A. from the University at Albany.
Nicky Bell, Ph.D.
Chief of Staff
Nicky Bell, Ph.D. has more than a decade of experience building data capacity at successful startup companies. He founded the data analytics function at Clairity, part of the team that built the first FDA-approved device to predict breast cancer risk from a mammogram image. He also led new data product development at FlagshipRTL, a SaaS solution for retail demand forecasting and supply planning, and oversaw data-driven policy programs supported by the Carnegie Corporation and the MacArthur Foundation. In addition, he is a faculty member in data analytics at the University of Pennsylvania and George Washington University. He received his Ph.D. in quantitative political science from the University of Pennsylvania, and hold an M.A. from the University of Amsterdam and a B.A. from The College of William & Mary.
Cameron Johnson
Healthcare Data Scientist
Cameron Johnson is a data scientist with a background in machine learning and data engineering for healthcare. At Clairity, he developed models that accurately separate tissue from extraneous imagery, which was part of a breakthrough AI medical device for predicting breast cancer risk, the first of its kind to receive FDA approval. He also built pipelines that processed millions of clinical records, engineered AWS cloud environments using infrastructure-as-code, and contributed to complex statistical analyses of ML model performance. Cameron earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from The George Washington University.
Robert Marion, MBA

Robert Marion is a data architect consultant with over 30 years of experience in technical solutioning and management of SDLC and quality assurance processes in commercial industries, including healthcare informatics and public sector human services programs. Robert has experience managing enterprise scale quality assurance programs.
